Shipping & Returns
When should I expect my delivery?
We used an integrated shipping platform that immediately sends your order to our preferred partner, Australia Post. Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days for metro deliveries and 5-7 for regional.
Can I leave special delivery instructions?
Yes, you can! Just add this in the ‘authority to leave’ section of the cart and we will pass these on to Australia Post.
How do I track my delivery?
You should have received a confirmation email which will lead you to a tracking page. If you didn’t get this email come through - please email email@example.com and we will chase it for you ASAP.
What are the shipping costs?
These will automatically calculate at checkout depending on the order and where you are getting them delivered.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in Australia with plans to offer our international Yes You Canners the option to buy very soon :)
Can I return my order?
We will consider return and refund options on the merits of the request - and will always try to help if we can! Please direct any requests to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be happy to assist.
We do not offer any refund if you change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.
If you have opened and consumed any of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.

Has my order gone through?
Once processed and placed, you should receive a confirmation email with the order details and an order number. If you haven’t yet received an email confirmation (and it isn’t sitting in the pesky junk folder) then flick through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will chase it up for you.
